CalSan Enviro Solutions Celebrates Mandela Day – 67 Minutes of Love, Service, and Community

The CalSan Team gathers enthusiastically at the Recycling Buy Back Centre in celebration of Nelson Mandela Day, showcasing their commitment to community service and sustainability.

On 18 July, the CalSan Enviro Solutions family came together to celebrate Nelson Mandela International Day with something close to our hearts , service, kindness, and community spirit.

The Mandela 67 Minutes Campaign reminds us that we can all make a difference, no matter how small the act. The idea is simple: dedicate one minute for every year Madiba spent making the world a better place. And so, with bright smiles and even brighter hearts, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work.

This year, our team spent more than just 67 minutes bringing Lichtenburg Park back to life and the before-and-after looked like a dream!

We:

• Rolled up our sleeves and cleaned the park with enthusiasm and smiles all around.

• Engaged with curious community members, sharing our mission and spreading warmth.

• Collected bottles and plastics for recycling ♻️, promoting a cleaner environment for all.

• Ensured the park was safe and spotless, in true CalSan style

It wasn’t just about “doing our bit”, it was about doing it with love, together.
